                                                    RAISING VOICES OF MARGINALISED GIRLS

Vision:

Empowering Rural Women, Amplifying Their Voices Women Voices envisions a world where rural women are empowered to claim their rights, access quality healthcare, and live with dignity. We strive to create a platform where women’s voices are heard, valued, and amplified. We aim to bridge the gap in access to basic health, Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR), and education, particularly in rural communities.

Mission:

“Our community is dedicated to empowering women and promoting peace, understanding, and positive change. Through a range of activities, including health and hygiene sessions, fellowships, and cultural events, we aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment where women can thrive. We believe in the power of education and mentorship, and offer resources and opportunities for women to develop their skills and reach their full potential. By working together and supporting one another, we can build a brighter future.

Our Programs:

1.Gender Based Violence Against women, Capacity building programs

2.SRHR Advocacy

Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Programs

3.Feminist Movements

Women Empowerment, Political activism, Women leadership, Entrepreneurship

Activities:
We have conducted 8 awareness and capacity-building sessions targeting 2000 young girls. These sessions covered a range of topics related to health and rights, including sexual and reproductive health, gender-based violence, and education.

In addition to these sessions, we have also provided mentorship and leadership training to a group of young girls who are leading our initiative. These girls are from minority groups and have faced many challenges in their lives, but they are determined to create change in their communities.

Through our initiative, we have also launched a social media campaign to raise awareness about the importance of girls’ education and health. We have used platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to share stories and messages of empowerment, and to highlight the work that our girls are doing in their communities.

Looking ahead, we plan to continue our awareness and capacity-building sessions, and to expand our reach to other marginalized communities in Pakistan. We also hope to establish partnerships with local organizations and government agencies to create sustainable change and to amplify our impact.

Overall, our initiative is driven by a commitment to empower young girls from minority groups in Pakistan, and to create a more just and equitable society where all girls can thrive.
